Add a field/value pair to an existing fieldlist.

Parameters

fieldlist	- The fieldlist to add a field/value pair to
name	- The name of the field to be added.
value	- The value of the field to added.

Delete a set of field/value pairs.

Parameters

fieldlist

- The fieldlist to be deleted
